Mandy joined the Alma team in 2021after having spent 4 years at a primary school and one year in the SEN department of a Secondary school. Mandy qualified with a law degree before entering the world of advertising, she took a career break in order to concentrate on her five children, two of whom had special educational needs. During that time, she realised the difference that good school support can make to a child's emotional and academic school experience. Mandy loves animals and thoroughly enjoys walking her two dogs. Over the years she has had the pleasure of owning dogs, cats, chipmunks, hamsters, rats, rabbits, chameleons, a bearded dragon, a Chinese water dragon and two axoltls!
